Order Fulfilment
Privati Firenze processes orders from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Any requests received during these hours will be promptly handled.

An order is considered complete only once payment has been processed.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be modified.

However, if the goods have not yet been shipped, you may email Customer Service to request a modification. This request will be evaluated and decided upon by Customer Service at their discretion. In the event that any third party payment provider is unable to receive verification from the customer's bank, Privati Firenze reserves the right to refuse the order.

Privati Firenze has the authority to reject orders or deny services to any person at any given time. This decision is at the sole discretion of the company and is subject to change.

Shipment
The products that are currently in the warehouse will typically be delivered as soon as possible, and in any case, an approximate delivery time can be indicated.

However, it is important to note that these delivery times are merely estimates and may be subject to change due to various factors such as shipping delays, availability of the products, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that the products will be delivered within the estimated time frame.

If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for more information.

We use specialized carriers to deliver orders to customers from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. The packages will be packed with care and shipped to the address provided by the customer.

After Placing an Order (Outside EU)

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Kindly be aware that Privati Firenze holds no responsibility for missed deliveries and retains the right to charge you for shipping expenses related to uncollected packages.

Ensure to monitor the status of your parcel, as customs fees and taxes may be applicable for the receipt of your delivery. Failure to settle these charges promptly could lead to the return of your parcel to the sender.

Please note that product prices and shipping costs exclude taxes and import duties. Such taxes and duties may be imposed upon the shipment's arrival at the destination country. Refer to the product page(s) to determine the shipping origin of each item.

Privati Firenze is presently unable to provide accurate estimates or coverage for import duties and taxes. For an estimation of costs, you may consider using an online calculator like Simply Duty.

Refunds for shipped packages marked as delivered/signed for will not be processed unless the items are returned to Privati Firenze in accordance with the specified Returns Terms and Conditions (outlined in the return and refund policy).

If a package is suspected to be stolen or goes missing post-delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local Post Office or courier service to file a complaint.
