Foxx Srl processes orders from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Any requests received during these hours will be promptly handled. An order is considered complete only once payment has been processed. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be modified. However, if the goods have not yet been shipped, you may email Customer Service to request a modification. This request will be evaluated and decided upon by Customer Service at their discretion. In the event that any third party payment provider is unable to receive verification from the customer's bank, Foxx Srl reserves the right to refuse the order. Foxx Srl has the authority to reject orders or deny services to any person at any given time. This decision is at the sole discretion of the company and is subject to change.


The products that are currently in the warehouse will typically be delivered as soon as possible, and in any case, an approximate delivery time can be indicated. However, it is important to note that these delivery times are merely estimates and may be subject to change due to various factors such as shipping delays, availability of the products, and other unforeseen circumstances. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that the products will be delivered within the estimated time frame. If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for more information. We use specialized carriers to deliver orders to customers from Monday to Friday during regular business hours. The packages will be packed with care and shipped to the address provided by the customer.
